Twelve Months of the Year

Told from Lin Bai's first-person perspective. A piano prodigy, the young master Bai, paired with Qing, a music teacher and former single father. Their relationship is ambiguous, but can't really be called love. They have an age gap. Wen Qing remarries after getting divorced. It's unclear whether the ending is happy or tragic, so readers can decide for themselves. ------------------------------ Also, I recommend reading Lin Bai's poem "The Process." This story was inspired by "The Process." As it happens, the author is also named Lin Bai, though I believe the author is a woman.

Theme: When I am old, I will still love you.
