[Blurb One]

Jian Xi takes part in the country's most famous survival reality livestream, Wild Survival. Her randomly assigned partner is He Ye, a top-tier star who recently got his start in the entertainment industry by using a female amateur as a stepping stone.

Thanks to her stunning looks, Jian Xi is mocked and opposed by the crowd from the start of the show. She's being cursed out on the trending list before the program has even begun.

Later, viewers watch Jian Xi practically cheat her way through the show while dragging He Ye, her deadweight partner, along with her: "..."

That really stings.

[Blurb Two]

On the way to take part in Wild Survival, the documentary director asks Jian Xi, "You're so beautiful. Will you join the entertainment industry someday?"

Jian Xi: "No."

The haters and onlookers: "..." Yeah, right. The last woman said the same thing. They're all just as fake.

Later, when the viewers find out who Jian Xi really is: "..."

Daddy, I was wrong. I'm sorry, Daddy.

[Blurb Three]

He Ye's fans all know that the person who helped him most on his journey wasn't his company or his agent, but Jian Xi, the young woman who saved his life.

He Ye's fans are grateful that their idol has such a wonderful big sister. Passersby marvel that the two of them are as close as real siblings.

Then, at an awards ceremony, they watch He Ye kneel down with his trophy and confess his love to Jian Xi.

Fans and passersby: "..."

We believed your nonsense.
