The Demon King Wants Me to Hug Him (Transmigrated into a Book)

*The author's next book, Falling for the Other Personality of My Irritable Employer, is a top-led romance. The blurb is at the bottom. Please add it to your collection. Check the author's page for other completed works.

Blurb:

*Heart surgeon Wu Zhiyin wakes up one day transmigrated into a fantasy novel as Li Xin, a cannon-fodder male supporting character.

*Li Xin loves the male lead, Qin Shen, in a weak, humble, obsequious way, and everyone in the otherworld laughs at him. When Wu Zhiyin transmigrates into his body, he's kneeling on the ground sorting through a mountain of osmanthus stamens, planning to stay up all night making osmanthus cakes.

*In his twenty years of life, Qin Shen has only cared about two things: protecting the people of the otherworld, and eating a bite of osmanthus cake when he's tired.

*His bodyguard arrives early in the morning to pick up the osmanthus cakes. Wu Zhiyin yawns, pats his belly, and says, “What a coincidence. I just ate them all.”

*The daily supply of osmanthus cakes suddenly stops. Qin Shen, wearing his usual icy expression, pushes the door open and finds Wu Zhiyin putting a piece of osmanthus cake into a little monkey's mouth...

*Qin Shen: This little vixen would rather feed a monkey than me?

*Wu Zhiyin: Li Xin's true form is a nine-tailed fox? Eating osmanthus cake makes a fox tail appear? I've got a tail?!

*Years later, a tale circulates throughout the otherworld: on the night of the full moon, their demon king spreads his nine-colored wings, blotting out the sky, and soars into the clouds to gather golden osmanthus blossoms from the mountains for his queen...

*The other side of the story: Wu Zhiyin props his chin on both hands, looking very displeased. “Qin, what's with this weird hobby of yours? Why do you insist on seeing my fox tail?”

Icy Demon King top, Qin Shen * carefree doctor recipient, Wu Zhiyin

1v1, both leads are each other's first and only, happy ending, sweet romance. Enjoy!

Waiting for you all to ship Deep Feelings and Hidden Zhiyin! (2020.11.11)

The phrase “Deep Feelings and Hidden Zhiyin” comes from “Pai Bian, Part Four” by Zeng Bu of the Song Dynasty, with respect. Character designs are up on Weibo if you're interested. I think they're super handsome.

Blurb for Falling for the Other Personality of My Irritable Employer:

*

After retiring from the special forces, Luo Yao starts a company called “Blazing Leopard,” specializing in bodyguard services. He's the most ruthless, cold-blooded man in the business and the company's star attraction. At 2,000 yuan a day, you still might not be able to hire him.

One day, Luo Yao takes a job recommended by his former superior: providing close protection for a young scientist named Hao Yuan.

The scientist is arrogant about his talent and has a terrible temper. Luo Yao is constantly thinking about sending him back.

Hao Yuan says stubbornly, “Want to send me back? Not a chance.”

Luo Yao can't be bothered to indulge him. “Tsk.”

Hao Yuan flares up. “Would it kill you to say one more word?”

*

An accident leaves Hao Yuan with stress-induced schizophrenia. There's another person inside his body.

Hao Yuan's alternate personality is very gentle.

When Luo Yao is injured, Hao Yuan cleans his wounds, then hugs him and cries.

When he cries, he looks like a little mouse protecting its young.

*

The little mouse lies against Luo Yao's shoulder and whispers, “Hao Yuan, I love him. Don't fight me for him.”

Luo Yao stays by his side through his treatment. When Hao Yuan recovers, his alternate personality never appears again.

The only time in his life Luo Yao ever showed mercy ended with him losing his little mouse...

Until one day, Hao Yuan leans against Luo Yao's shoulder in the same way and whispers, “Little mouse, don't come back... I love him too!”

Luo Yao (top, cold) * Hao Yuan (recipient, irritable)

Happy ending (2021.1.5)
