Winter's Chill

This kingdom is cursed, trapped in an eternal winter.

Thick, icy snow blankets the land. The harvest has failed, and people live every day under the dreadful shadow of hunger and death.

Led by the priest Dong Yi, they spent five months summoning the savior described in the sacred scrolls.

But this savior was different from all the ones who had come before.

She was a woman.

"May I ask where this is?" Li Youqin asked with a shiver.

Later, Li Youqin and Dong Ge set out on a journey to save the kingdom.

"High Priest, haven't we been here before?"

"I'm sure we haven't. Please trust me," Dong Ge said earnestly.

Some time later, Li Youqin took the map and led the way. Dong Ge walked beside her, unruffled, though his ears were bright red.

And so begins the little story of a High Priest and a savior.
