Captain Kanzaki Is Still Working Overtime

Shiratori Police Department Criminal Division Inspector Kanzaki Soushiro, who looks like a child but is more intelligent than ordinary people (?), is deeply respected by everyone. Lately, he's been working overtime everywhere again.

Including, but not limited to:

Outsmarting a criminal organization whose members use liquor names as aliases.

Secretly uncovering the darkness of Hope's Peak Academy.

Tracking down suspects who escaped from the Werewolf Game.

Investigating the deaths of 256 people by drowning.

Helping capture Kaito Kid.

Whenever the criminals congratulate themselves on escaping, or even grow smug about it, they have no idea that, in the shadows, the child-faced officer with wine-red hair and catlike features is smiling knowingly.

Kanzaki Soushiro (smiling with narrowed eyes): "Oh my, oh my, how interesting. This is definitely more fun this way. ☆"

The criminals, who thought they'd finally escaped only to find themselves caught in another trap in the blink of an eye: "Damn it! Why is it you again, you little brat?! Stay away from me!"

Kanzaki Soushiro: "Huh... Calling me a kid is so mean. I'm already an adult in my late twenties, you know? W-what A drug? I've never taken anything like that. Making jokes about my height and appearance is so rude..."

#Still mistaken for a child during his day-to-day work, Mr. Kanzaki, the age fraudster.

- The protagonist is from Werewolf Game. He's a fully adult officer with a baby face, a permanent squint, a sweet tooth, a high IQ, a mischievous streak, and a sound moral compass (the one on the cover). You don't need to know the original work to enjoy this. He's firmly on the side of the good guys.

- This isn't a crossover with anime that have too many supernatural elements. At most, the supernatural level is like the Werewolf Village story itself and Supernatural 9.

- The pairing is set: Moritsuka Shun from Occultic;Nine. Two adult, baby-faced, high-IQ police officers from different series getting together? What a great crossover pairing! You don't need to know that series either.

- That said, they might end up as more than friends but less than lovers, since I've never written a romance before. orz
