There's Something Very Wrong with This Capital

Bai Shu Qiu, a hardcore completionist, got betrayed by a game and spent half a year grinding to fill out the entire collection, only for it to be wiped.

After sending the developers a thousand-word message full of colorful curses, Bai Shu Qiu "calmly" opened the game again.

But things didn't go as planned. She got off to a bad start: when she created her character, she was randomly made into a sickly young lady in the capital!

Bai Shu Qiu, with nothing to her name and no time to even read her character's backstory: ...What the heck did this garbage game add in its update?

Forced into the game, Bai Shu Qiu could only muddle through her quests, hoping to stay alive.

Then a teammate appeared out of nowhere, swearing to protect her. When she checked their affection level, it was 100.

She had no idea how someone she'd never met could like her so much, but...

High attack, high defense, automatic healing. This useful tool was too good to pass up, so she recruited them!

Later, watching her teammate get more and more familiar, even offering themself up as a pillow, Bai Shu Qiu broke down: I recruited you for my party, not for my bed.

Her teammate retorted: Aren't those the same thing?

How are they even remotely the same?!

★ My own take on the game's setting.

★ Fictional world, very, very fictional.

Theme: A game without a complete collection is like fries without ketchup.
