The Qing Dynasty's Stingiest Imperial Preceptor

Qingyang woke up to find he'd transmigrated into the era of the Nine Princes' Succession Struggle, as a fake Taoist priest spreading rumors on behalf of the Eighth Prince, Yinsi. The Crown Prince had caught him red-handed. The Crown Prince regarded him with an unreadable expression. "Since you can divine the Mandate of Heaven, why not tell my fortune?" Qingyang took one look and realized the father and son had quarreled again. Without hesitation, he replied, "The squeaky wheel gets the grease!" The Crown Prince: "...?" Years later, a banquet was held for the Imperial Preceptor's birthday, praising him for keeping evil spirits at bay and praying for peace throughout the land. The Aisin Gioro family gathered to talk about his predictions, all deeply convinced: Kangxi: "The Imperial Preceptor says, 'Don't be angry, don't be angry. Who benefits if you ruin your health? If anger makes you sick, no one can take your place.'" The Crown Prince: "The Imperial Preceptor says, 'Being the biggest corporate drone doesn't necessarily make you happy.'" Yongzheng: "The Imperial Preceptor says, 'A boy who knows how to act cute is blessed.'" Prince Ba Xian: "The Imperial Preceptor says, 'Not contending is the best way to contend...'" Qingyang: Who knows? I'm an all-purpose Taoist priest. I can draw talismans and read fortunes, catch ghosts and exorcise evil spirits. Yet my biggest challenge after arriving in the Qing dynasty is playing family counselor to this whole clan...
