The Whole Sect Wants to Marry Their Master Off

Every year, the Tianxuan Palace under the Zheyun Sect comes in last in the sect's financial assessment.

Baili Yan, the palace master of Tianxuan Palace and the legendary beauty atop a lofty peak, can't help but feel helpless about it. She started with six disciples, but five have married out, and the last one is on his way to being married off. That's where all the money went: on their dowries.

As Baili Yan calculates the dowry for her sixth disciple, her gaze silently shifts to the seventh, whom she has just taken in.

Qiu Jingye, diligently sweeping the floor, suddenly shivers. "Master?"

Baili Yan's expression is cool. "From now on... you may only go after other families' cabbages. You are not allowed to let anyone go after you. I want to get my dowry back, too."

Qiu Jingye: "..."

From the disciples' perspective

The disciples who were married off by their master also feel helpless. Five hundred years have passed, and one by one they have all started families. Looking back, their old father of a master is still all alone. It must have been hard for her to scrimp and save dowries for her unfilial disciples all those years.

The disciples have a change of heart. This won't do. They have to find a legitimate way to return those dowries to their master.

In the end, they all set their sights on their youngest junior brother, who has just come of age.

The senior brothers: "Maybe it's not so bad if our own pig goes after our own cabbage?"

The junior brother can't figure out when his wolfish ambitions were exposed, or why his senior brothers are supporting him.
