My Deskmate Is a Little Lunatic (A Love and Redemption Fanfic: Luo Hou X Bai Lin)

Blurb:

User guide: Short-tempered, awkward, devoted gong x pure yet wicked little lunatic shou. (A modern reincarnation story for Luo Hou Ji Du and Emperor Bailin. Written for love of the pairing. If you don't like my ship, don't read.)

Ever since his car accident, Luo Hou has kept dreaming of a scene: a blood-covered man pleading as he clutches another man with white hair whose face he can't make out.

Night after night, the same scene plays over and over, with the same few lines. Luo Hou never gets a good night's sleep, and his temper grows worse by the day.

On top of that, a force inside him seems to be awakening, one he can't control. Whenever he gets angry, it surges out and hurts others or himself.

Because of this, he changes schools more than ten times. At last, he ends up at a mysterious school in the suburbs, where he meets a beautiful little lunatic. His heart finally finds a trace of peace.

But his life strays farther and farther off course. His teachers and classmates don't seem to be human!

Bonus Scene

Luo Hou (fiercely): Don't call me Brother Luo Hou, and don't call me A Luo. I'm not your A Luo!

Bailin (testing him): ...Then how about Brother Hou?

Luo Hou (angrily): I might as well be Bajie!

Bailin (coolly): Choose one: A Luo or Brother Hou.

Luo Hou (dejectedly): ...Then A Luo.

Bailin (triumphantly): Good girl, little sister Ji Du!

Theme: Nothing is more moving than a love where both people reach for each other
