Black eyes, messy black hair, bandages wrapped around his face, and an air of nonchalance. This boy is the nightmare of all his enemies.

After joining Academy City's underground organizations, the boy named Dazai Osamu completely unleashed the "evil" within human nature.

"Hey, don't break down so soon," the boy said with a smile, looking at the enemy before him, who had been reduced to a mangled wreck.

"Thanks to the technology this city provides, you can keep on living in one piece. Honestly, I'm starting to admire your resilience."

Science that can piece a person back together, no matter how many times you toy with them, and a boy who always has countless ways to torment his enemies.

"I have to say, this city really knows how to keep things interesting."

The boy looked up at the sky. His smile did not fade. Instead, it twisted into something even more unsettling.

"Hey, want to hear a joke? I keep feeling like I'm supposed to go to heaven... But would an angel really take someone who gave up on life to heaven?"
