After I Faked a Pregnancy, the Entire Court Came Forward to Claim the Child

Liu Linxi died unexpectedly and transmigrated into an ancient danmei novel about male pregnancy. He became a decisive young general who seemed destined for greatness, but was actually a short-lived cannon-fodder character. If he wanted to change his fate and survive in this world, he had to stay away from the battlefield.

But according to the original novel, men could avoid going to war in only two cases: if they were disabled or if they were pregnant.

Liu Linxi took a hammer and held it up to his leg, then decisively tossed it aside and announced, "I'm pregnant."

To his surprise, once word got out, all the unmarried eligible bachelors in the capital flocked to propose, each insisting he was the child's father. They fought fiercely over the right to claim the title.

Until a sedan chair stopped outside. A noble-looking young man announced in a clear voice, "I am the child's father."

Everyone fled the scene, declaring, "Sorry to bother you. We can't compete for the title of this child's father."

Liu Linxi: "Thank you, Your Majesty, for agreeing to help me keep up this lie."

Li Yan: "You think all I'm doing is helping you keep up a lie? Don't you know the Ministry of War will check on every man claiming to be pregnant ten months from now? If you can't produce a child then, what do you think will happen?"

Liu Linxi thought it over, then steeled himself. "Your Majesty, please see this through and help me out."

Li Yan: "Then I suppose I'll give it a try. But it might take more than once to get you pregnant."

Liu Linxi: "Ah... that's not what I meant... Sob, sob~"

The general is the uke; the scheming younger emperor is the seme.

Content notes: One-on-one romance, pregnancy, younger love interest, happy ending. The seme loves the uke as he is now, not the original character. Various liberties have been taken; the logic is nonsense. If it's not your thing, please move along in peace~ Kisses~
