The Child Isn’t Yours

After awakening, the shou realizes he's a disposable character in a melodramatic rich-family novel. In the book, he's the housekeeper's son, treated well by the wealthy family since childhood. But he joins forces with outsiders to scheme against the male lead, who's returned from studying abroad, only to have his plan exposed and get thrown in jail.

The good news: When he awakens, the male lead hasn't sent him to jail yet.

The bad news: The melodramatic plot is already halfway through, and he's just drugged the male lead!

To prevent the original story's plot from repeating itself, the shou decides to destroy the evidence and call off the sordid scheme before it's too late. But his attempt backfires, and he ends up getting involved himself. Afterward, afraid the male lead will recognize him and “kill him to silence him,” the shou tries his best to cover things up and act as if nothing happened.

He thinks his disguise is flawless. But for some reason... the male lead has been staring at him a lot lately, as if trying to burn a hole through him with his gaze.

The shou gets a bad feeling and plans to pack up and run. Then he notices that his lower abdomen seems to be a little bigger than before.

The male lead stares at his belly. “Are you pregnant?”

Afraid of being killed to keep him quiet, the shou hurriedly denies it. “The baby... isn't yours!!”

The male lead: “You cheated on me?”

The shou: [weak, helpless, and pitiful.jpg]
