I Want to See My Darling Off [Apocalypse]

After sleeping for tens of thousands of years, the little Bixi dragon, Long Beibei, opened his eyes to find that he had shrunk and fallen into a stinky river. A fishmonger mistook him for a red-eared slider, caught him, and put him up for sale. He never expected his human owner to be so good to him. The man scrubbed his shell and even trimmed his little toes. His aquarium was small, but it had sparkling crystals in the water, which Beibei loved. Qi Yuan had been suffering from severe insomnia lately. Following his doctor's advice, he put aside work and decided to get a pet to help him relax. After much thought, he figured a turtle would be the hardiest, so he brought a red-eared slider home... But after a scrub, the red-eared slider's color washed off and it turned into a white turtle. Qi Yuan was baffled, but he still took good care of it... Then, just a few days later, the apocalypse arrived. A tsunami submerged the continent. When Qi Yuan woke up, he was sitting on a turtle shell floating across a soccer field-sized expanse of water, patting the shell in disbelief. "Beibei?" "Yeah? What is it, good human? Remember to scrub my shell, and I'll give you something tasty." Long Beibei pulled out the enormous Mount Wanling that decorated his shell. Qi Yuan: ...
