[Naruto] Frosty Mist and Snow

Mist swirled around the ice flowers. A bright moon hung high in the dark red sky screen, bringing a sense of calm. All was silent.

Through the mist, the boy's face and expression were clear. He looked like her, with purple markings on both cheeks, much like those of the Second Hokage.

His brow was relaxed, and he gently held out a hand to her, palm facing up. Beads of water still clung to his fingertips.

Rin Nohara didn't know what to do. She reached out instinctively, but just as her fingertips touched him, his figure vanished like a bubble.

Only later did she learn that the boy was named Nohara Kawa, and that he was her older brother.

This will probably be a short story too. Not sure yet whether it'll have a bad or happy ending, but someone is definitely going to die. Obito will still go through Kannabi Bridge, but our lovely, kind, beautiful Rin will not die! Konoha and Kirigakure will form an alliance, and Kawa will take Rin to Kirigakure, where she will temporarily serve as the Three-Tails Jinchūriki. After peace is established, she'll marry into Konoha and become the wife of the Fifth Hokage!

Kirigakure: Um... We don't know what to give you as a gift for this alliance. How about we give you a Jinchūriki to be your wife? You'll have to return the Tailed Beast later, though.

The current pairings are Obito and Rin, and Minato and Kushina. I'll decide about the rest as I go. I did want Kakashi to stay single forever (?), but somehow the plot in my head has developed a Kakashi and Kawa pairing. Is it Kakashi and Kawa, or Kawa and Kakashi??? (I've already thought of having Kawa stab right through Kakashi...)

Also, updates will be whenever I can, thank you (humbly). I'm starting high school, so I'm really busy (.).
