I Didn't Get a Script, So Why Am I Staring at the Comments in Confusion?

My name is Miyazaki Shu. I'm an obscure low-level employee of the Port Mafia, and I spend my days taking care of all kinds of menial tasks with my colleague Oda. Beneath that facade, I'm also a civil servant employed by the Time Government, responsible for expelling illegal transmigrators and ensuring that the plots of anime worlds proceed smoothly, among other things. However, during one transfer, I was attacked by the Retrograde Army. My bound System data was lost, and after entering an instance, I not only lost my memories of reality, but could only work out the plot by reading the comments on screen. Unable to contact headquarters, I had no choice but to accept my missions. Although my mission ratings were always high, something always felt a little off... That is, until I ran into an anime character I'd once protected while collecting protection money on the street... And got confessed to. More than once. I suspect the comments saying things like "Kiss already," "I ship them forever," and "Get married right now" are just messing with me. (sweat) Later, I discovered that the world I lived in was an anime too... I'm done! You want me to play matchmaker for Double Black, the two boss leaders, and New Double Black? Are you trying to get me killed? Any one of them could have me laid out in the morgue! P.S. This is a mountain of headcanons. OOC warning. The main story is told in third person.
