The Fairy Clinic

[Blurb]

To humans, it's just a small clinic. In reality, it's a designated health-insurance hospital for spirits. Bai Ze, a human therapist, has never liked Yu Yuan, the cold, ruthless "Judge" in charge of their district. But by a twist of fate, Bai Ze inhales the star jade Yu Yuan uses to suppress his demonic nature and spiritual power, leaving him no choice but to become Yu Yuan's "portable power bank" and recharge him with daily "heart-to-heart" contact. To make matters worse, a phoenix egg that "rolled" toward Bai Ze on the black market leaves him unable to deny that he's become a father, while Yu Yuan "gives birth painlessly" and becomes a mother after the egg hatches in his arms.

[Tips]

1. Humans and spirits live together. Spirits are second-class citizens, with chips implanted in the backs of their necks by humans. Their spiritual power is monitored by the Qiankun System.

2. At first, the top holds back out of consideration for the bottom. Once the restrictions are lifted, his power becomes godlike.

3. A serious story with past lives and present lives, lots of setup, and several side plots. It has lighthearted comedy as well as horror scenes, so please be aware.

4. Includes a male-female romance.

5. This world follows the law of conservation: everyone eventually pays for what they do. Magic and spiritual power are kept in balance by a form of reset mechanism.

6. There is angst in the middle, along with an apocalypse setting, but everyone gets a happy ending.

Theme: All things are conserved; beware of greed.
