The Emperor's Black Stockings Go Perfectly with My Hairy Legs

--Synopsis--

Wen Qianxu is a cat demon.

After finally getting a visa to come to the human world, he ends up interning in a psychiatric department and taking a knife for a doctor. He becomes a plant demon.

The demon is caught and dragged to the underworld, where he is forced to sign an agreement: he must treat the psychological problems of ten underworld employees who have received complaints before he can return to life.

Wen Qianxu is frantic! He can wait, but his body, withering away day by day in that hospital bed, can't!

So Wen Qianxu starts practicing "unorthodox methods" and becomes known as a "miracle doctor" in just one month.

Just as he's about to return to life, Northern Ghost Emperor Yang Yun captures him, saying he has emotional baggage that needs resolving too.

Wen Qianxu refuses three times in a row:

"Your Majesty, I really can't treat this!"

With that, he pulls out the teleportation talisman Bai Wuchang gave him earlier and tries to escape, only to trip over the leg in black stockings that Ghost Emperor Yang Yun sticks out from beneath his women's clothes, falling right into his arms.

--And that's how he fell for him.

--A Little Slice of Fun--

When the ferryman at the River of Forgetfulness is in a good mood, he ferries souls for free. When he's in a bad mood, he lets them fall into the river. If anyone complains, he says, "You're all picking on me!"

So Wen Qianxu sets up bets at the ferry landing, loudly asking whether people are betting that the ferryman is in a good mood or a bad one. Naturally, the rebellious ferryman does the opposite of whatever they bet on.

Wen Qianxu temporarily solves the problem and earns his first pot of gold in the underworld.

He puts his "first pot of gold" into a red envelope and attends the ghost wedding of a divine official.

He hopes to pull some strings and find himself a master who can be his backer.

But the master the divine official introduces him to is a phoenix with a compulsive feather-plucking disorder.

Wen Qianxu accidentally cures both his master and his master's own master, causing a small sensation in the immortal realm. He's often seconded to treat the emotional troubles of immortals.

Now his goal seems to be getting farther and farther away.
