Main story complete.
A mutant infrastructure-building story with only the slightest touch of domestic scheming. This is not a domestic-scheming story.
Irreverent blurb:
Shen You has barely arrived in this world when she realizes she's transmigrated into a book.
And not just any book: she's a minor character in a rebirth novel about a legitimate daughter.
In her past life, the legitimate daughter was gentle and virtuous, but she married the wrong man and died of depression.
Reborn, she insists on finding her ideal husband and forging a path to success.
Unfortunately, the original cannon-fodder character dies unexpectedly, and Shen You is forced to take her place and follow the plot. Once the story ends, Shen You can go home.
Shen You waits and waits. But the situation turns out to be far more complicated than she imagined.
The reborn legitimate daughter knows the plot and is ruthless. The local-born concubine daughter moon-gazes and weeps at the breeze. The cousin who has come to stay at the Zhou residence runs a fishpond, playing the field and keeping a harem of admirers.
Looking at everyone in the Zhou residence, Shen You feels her thick head of hair is about to fall out.
At the Zhou residence, the scheming legitimate daughter and the innocent-seeming concubine daughter tear into each other, while the cousin stirs up trouble.
Standing in the vast Zhou residence, Shen You looks around and sees a lush field of melons, just waiting to be picked.
Heh. No matter how good the melons are, they won't keep me from going home. I'm out!
In his past life, Zhou Ke made it to the position of Grand Secretary at the age of twenty-eight. He was disciplined and conscientious, but worked so hard that he eventually died of overwork.
He wakes up to find himself back at sixteen.
Zhou Ke promptly... lies back down. He munches on seeds and reads the paper, then lazily sleeps the day away.
The affairs of the world? What do they have to do with me?
Years later, Shen You thinks back to the plot point she has no choice but to act out.
She asks Zhou Ke very seriously, “Could you hit me just a couple of times, gently?”
Zhou Ke: “...”
A heroine who only wants to go home but is forced to build infrastructure x a male lead who wants to do nothing but wait for death, yet ends up building a career again.
Serious blurb:
Chinese Historical Figures: One Hundred Outstanding People: Shen You, courtesy name unknown, sobriquet Master Pingzhang. Born in the 13th year of Yuanhe and died in the 15th year of Tianqi, aged eighty-four. A celebrated female writer in Chinese history, she excelled at analyzing the world around her and wrote with sharp, distinctive insight. A pioneer of the women's equality movement, she wielded her pen like a knife, cutting into the heart of the oppression women suffered in her time.
Notable Figures Lecture Series (I): Zhou Ke, courtesy name Jinzhi, sobriquet the Unhurried Hermit. Born in the 9th year of Yuanhe and died in the 15th year of Tianqi, aged eighty-eight. A famous politician, military strategist, and reformer of the Great Qi. He successfully led the Longxing Coup, ending one dynasty and ushering in a new era.
A Century: Shen You and Zhou Ke were the gravediggers of the feudal age, and the guardians of the new world.
When the heart is troubled, let the voice ring out.
A young woman who can bend and stand tall, with a heart full of light x a ruthless, smiling tiger of a male lead with a screw loose.
The leads save and empower each other.
My upcoming novel:
Jing Cheng is a genius student whose dream is to become a scientist.
Every so often, he wonders whether the photo in his textbook after he becomes famous should be a head-on shot or a profile.
Unfortunately, a mishap lands him in the clutches of a false god's System, forcing him to complete quick-transmigration missions.
After finally becoming a big shot, he tears the false god apart and is at last able to go home.
On his first day back on Earth, he discovers his body has changed.
He still has the succubus constitution from the last quick-transmigration world.
And he's blind!
I don't want to make a living off my looks. I just want to do research. Thanks.
Content warnings: 1. This is mainly about scientific research, a genius-student story with a slight entertainment-industry element. It's a wish-fulfillment story that lets the author live out a dream of being a genius.
2. The protagonist lost his sense of smell and taste and went blind after tearing the false god apart. His eyes are open despite his blindness, and he may recover later.
3. The protagonist is frail and often injured. He's a popular heartthrob whom everyone loves.
4. The author welcomes reasonable feedback, but please don't make personal attacks, condemn, or insult. Let's be civil and enjoy the story in harmony.
Theme: Join forces to break free from feudal superstition and outdated customs, and build a better future.
This is from the novel I Will Not Be a Concubine, and it's so well written! ! ! Continue to follow the great works
Is this gone? I also want to see a side story about the male and female protagonists putting down work and going out for fun.
Check in after reading! A great piece of writing weighed down by the name and copy. The name and the first half of the copy didn't tell you that it was an infrastructure article at all. I decided to click on it after seeing the final comments about the male and female protagonists. The early setting was a bit weird (a feudal society but there were newspapers), and the golden finger was too big (for example, a 13-year-old female hosted debate competitions and taught imperial examinations, etc.), But things got better once the female protagonist started to build infrastructure. You are so good at telling stories. I would skip the passages in the later stages of the basic novel where the male and female protagonists are not fighting, but this one basically didn't. The story segments of the minor characters are all brilliantly written. It would be better if their endings could be explained at the end (for example, Fu Yue was completely offline after the undercover meeting, and he was still waiting for his identity to be revealed to scare his teammates). My favorite plot is when the male and female protagonists put down their work, go out incognito and watch their own affairs (the private visit in incognito and then the reveal of the identity is really something I never tire of). Overall, the shortcomings do not hide the good points. I hope to see more articles on similar themes!
This is the real heroine
I haven't seen such a good article in a long time.
I really like the group drama written by my wife. Everyone is flesh and blood, without facial makeup.
The reason why the imperial power was abolished was because production efficiency has improved, the existing social system has hindered the development of productivity, and machines have replaced manual operations... Which of the following conditions did Xiao Shen's revolution satisfy? It's okay to abolish imperial power, but then take the road of military imperialism!

I also want to see their life after retirement.
I feel like this paragraph doesn't make sense
Woooooooooooooo I cry every time I see this
