The bell signaling the end of classes rang, and students poured out of the academy gates in groups.
Wu Yan carried a bamboo basket over her arm. It held cooked snails stir-fried with sauce and a pot of snail stew.
She was a pretty young woman with her hair styled like a married woman’s. As she stood on tiptoe to peer inside, her slender neck was left exposed, making the students blush.
Whose young wife was this? How bold of her!
Their steps toward the dining hall slowed as their thoughts ran wild. Just then, a tall student shoved through them and hurried over, his face dark as he grabbed the young woman’s hand and pulled her into an alley.
Oh no! Wasn’t he the academy’s famously solitary “lone man”?!
This was bad. The young woman was sure to suffer at his hands!
The students were terribly worried. They glanced at one another, then decided to follow and see what was happening.
But as soon as they turned into the alley, they saw the tall figure cornering the young woman against the wall, his chest heaving. “What are you doing here!”
“I brought you lunch,” the young woman replied coyly, looking up at him.
The lone man snapped, “A woman should follow the Three Obediences and Four Virtues. You shouldn’t show your face in public. This is utterly shameless!”
The young woman gave a quiet scoff, suddenly threw her arms around the “lone man,” and cooed, “But I missed you so much~”
“My husband only comes home once a month. Every time I think of it, Yan’er can’t help crying. Don’t you miss me? If you don’t, then go ahead and push me away.”
The students watching in secret were aghast. How could a woman say something so unchaste!
Hah, this “lone man” always took rules seriously. He was sure to push her away!
But they waited and waited. He paid lip service to propriety and honor, while his arms only tightened around the young woman’s slender waist...
A bookish, rather pedantic scholar (a bratty younger man) x a transmigrated woman with high-level flirting skills
Coming soon: “The Young Masters Go on a Variety Show, and Their Nanny Becomes Famous”
The young masters in the book were born with silver spoons in their mouths, but for one reason or another, they were antisocial, domineering, or even antisocial in the clinical sense.
A System appeared and ordered Yan Ning to become a young master’s stepmother, using a mother’s tenderness to heal his psychological trauma.
?
Making someone become a mother? You’ll be struck by lightning for that.
So she turned around and applied to be the nanny for ten young masters.
Ten jobs, ten paychecks. Make the capitalists go bankrupt without getting emotionally involved. What a sweet deal.
The number one young master got drunk over a breakup. Afraid he’d catch a chill sleeping on the floor, Yan Ning slapped him awake thirty times.
The number two young master got into a fight. Yan Ning went to school to sign the paperwork and yelled at the old geezer of a principal for daring to bully the crown prince. The young master promptly received a notice of expulsion.
The number three young lady quarreled with her parents over her online boyfriend and was so worried she kept getting headaches. Yan Ning’s hearing went haywire. “You’re looking for an old man?”
The number four child prodigy was afraid of the dark and cried at bedtime. Yan Ning installed a motion-sensor light on his bed. It lit up every time he cried.
Under her “care,” the young masters stumbled and fell, got knocked around by society again and again, and somehow, one by one, they all got better.
System: ???
Yan Ning worked diligently and made money conscientiously, earning a million a month at a young age.
What she didn’t know was that the young masters were participating in a reality show about swapping lives, and every move she made was being livestreamed.
Viewers: [I can’t, hahahaha. That’s one hell of a way to sober someone up.]
[Things have gone topsy-turvy. The young master is begging the principal on behalf of the nanny.]
[Holy crap, I got curious and looked up the third young lady’s online boyfriend. It really does seem like an old man pretending to be young!]
[Hehe, I won first place in the “guess the gender” contest. Come join and take a guess, too!]
[Is it just me, or does this nanny look familiar?]
[Replying to the comment above: I think she was the nanny for a few of the other young masters’ families before too. ==]
And so Yan Ning became famous across the internet thanks to her “cloning technique,” “most rebellious nanny,” and “the highest level of being a corporate slave is making your boss die of embarrassment like a beast.”
The young masters also came to see her as a confidante, family, and a caring big sister. They all offered her huge sums, fighting to be the only one she cared for.
Until
[Has no one noticed that the nanny is actually pretty beautiful?]
[Ahem, I think the number four young master’s uncle, the CEO, has been sneaking glances at the nanny.]
In real life, Yan Ning also noticed the man staring at her. “Sir, is there something you need?”
The young man, worth billions, cleared his throat, the tips of his ears turning red. “Would you like to have dinner together tonight?”
Theme: Supporting one another through ordinary life and finding success together.
I actually bought them all and read them all. It's a pretty bland article.
It's great~~The characters change very naturally~I like it! Throw flowers!
This Kui En is really funny
Some places are a little bit off, like the palace clothes. It's a little bit off, but the flaws don't hide the good points. Overall, it's very warm. I like it.
It's quite interesting. You can see the changes in the male protagonist along the way.
The ending came so suddenly that I was a little overwhelmed. I thought it would be about Wu Yan's family affairs, the relationship between Brother Ning and the fat princess, Lu Nanrong's marriage, and so on.
I don't know if it's an illusion, but I feel like the heroine has lost her wits. Even though it's the end, I feel like she's a different heroine.
I finally had time to read this book that I collected a long time ago. I really like this book!
I've finished reading it. I really like this kind of long-flowing writing.
Falling in love is sweet! I wish you can come out soon! Be your own queen!
