[Showbiz] Forced to Perform

[The author isn't a fan. This was a writing exercise from July 2020. Proceed with caution.] Zheng Mian, an all-around music talent, is reborn as a has-been female idol. When word gets out that she's returning to show business, anti-fans from every corner gather, ready to mock her. But the little enchantress onstage unleashes her full presence, crushing the competition and ascending to the top. "A goddess-level female soloist is the best!" "Amazing! So someone this beautiful really does exist!" "Zheng Mian, you're incredible! Can I ask you to write a song for my idol?" Before becoming fans of Zheng Mian, everyone thought she was a bold, take-charge kind of woman who could flirt with anyone. After becoming her fans, they realized this girl was actually a sweet, soft-hearted young woman who blushed easily. "Mommy loves it most when Mianmian acts cute! So adorable!" "Mianmian with twin tails will always be my favorite!" "Those big, beautiful eyes are just unfair!" The story of a bewitching female soloist who wants to become more badass every day, but keeps getting forced to act cute and whimper. The story of a top music producer conquering the South Korean entertainment industry and effortlessly turning heads, yet always backing down when someone turns the tables on her. The world is what you see through your own eyes. Attention: 1. Primarily a career-focused growth story, with a Mary Sue heroine, but not an absurdly perfect one. 2. The heroine is cool and gorgeous onstage, sweet and soft in private, merciless to scumbags, and has solid values. 3. OOC warning. Names are homophones. Please don't associate the characters with real people. Some details are fictionalized. 4. The male lead is Kim Seok-jin. Love rivals include Kim Tae-hyung and Kwon Ji-yong. 5.
