An Ordinary Resident of Morioh

On the day of enrollment, Kira Harukazu took a flag out of the box under her bed. It had been given to her by a big brother with a toothpaste-shaped hairstyle who could draw manga.

Last year, she had returned home after studying in Kasukabe, determined to create an organization dedicated to maintaining peace in her hometown. But the organization was forced to disband on its third day.

But now, everything will be fine!

Just like her big brother Giorno, Harukazu is about to set off for a wider world. She is sure she will recruit members!

But before she could even set foot on campus, the hat of an orange-haired classmate dressed all in black was confiscated.

Harukazu's bag contained the group flag, her grandpa who lived in a photograph, and lots and lots of other contraband!

Sure enough, a disciplinary committee member who was taller than her and could see more called out to her.

"...Little kid, the elementary school is next door."

(Blushing furiously) Anyway, let's skip all that!

The six-year-old Kira Harukazu makes her grand entrance!

"Hello, I'm just an ordinary passing member of the Morioh Town Defense Force. The sky has someone to protect it, the beach has someone to protect it, and would you be willing to protect adorable... Hey, hey, you, the classmate who's really good at video games, don't go! If you join, you get GIOGIO-brand coffee jelly every day."

Years later, the pediatrician who got caught up in a movie set in another dimension would always remember that afternoon when a mountain of jelly blocked his view.
