The Moonlight Seated on the Ground is the first full-length novel I've truly finished. When I reread it, I noticed plenty of flaws, including immature prose, inconsistent logic, unclear ideas, overly wordy descriptions, and differences in quality caused by the long gaps between writing sessions. I've thought about revising it, but no matter what, it has become a finished work, and a major rewrite isn't realistic. I also have a deep attachment to The Moonlight Seated on the Ground, so I'm leaving it as it is.

1. Ensemble cast, hidden and overt storylines, plot-focused, slow burn.

2. Not orthodox wuxia. The first half is wuxia, the second half is xianxia.

3. Nie Qiu is the gong, and Fang Qisheng is the shou.
