Miracles and Magic

[This story was written in 2014. I'm reposting the old version with the ending added.]

.

Zhixia and Fuji had known each other for ten whole years, and had always thought of each other as siblings.

Fuji knew Zhixia was slow to understand her own feelings, so he quietly watched over her and never confessed.

He thought things would stay peaceful like this forever, until one day...

A man with brains, good looks, and a magical-girl younger sister suddenly dropped from the sky.

Seeing his childhood friend, who had dreamed of becoming a magical girl since she was little, take an interest in the newcomer (or rather, his sister), Fuji, her childhood friend, decided: Well, maybe it's time I made a move.

##Miracles and magic really do exist##

1) The male lead is Fuji, her childhood friend. A sweet, everyday romance.

2) A crossover of Prince of Tennis, Cardcaptor Sakura, Minami-ke, and Madoka Magica.

[Highlight] The second male lead (the newcomer, Kinomoto) gets quite a bit of page time early on! He's there to help the leads get together! Please don't complain if you don't like that; his presence is absolutely necessary. [Highlight]

Please add to your reading list: Average Girl, Tennis Club Manager!

On the eve of my college entrance exams, fate played a cruel trick on me. I was forced to transmigrate to another world and complete a series of bizarre missions.

[Mission 1: Rescue the Pirate King's son before his execution]

Me (looking utterly shocked): What is a Pirate King? Sounds impressive, but I'm just an ordinary high school girl who can't even fight!

[Mission 2: Exterminate spiders]

Me (thinking seriously): I can probably manage this one... Wait, the word "spider" doesn't mean what I thought it did, does it? How is an ordinary girl like me supposed to take down an A-rank fugitive? With my tennis racket?!

[Mission 2 (after refreshing): Get 50 million from the eldest son of the Zoldyck family]

Me (slowly losing my sparkle): Guess I'll have to perform for money. I wonder if their kids would like to learn tennis...

[Mission 3: Stop extraterrestrial life-forms from destroying Earth]

Me: ??? System, are you ever going to make these missions realistic?

After enduring eighty-one ordeals, I finally completed every mission and returned to my own world.

The first thing I did when I got home was visit tennis clubs at various schools, take the hands of the tennis boys one by one, and thank them sincerely.

"Atobe, thank you for your [Ice World]. Otherwise, I would have nearly melted in Akainu's magma!"

"Kenyu, our Kansai speed star! Thanks to your speed, I was saved and didn't die at the hands of a spider!"

"Murako, forever a god! Your [Five Senses Deprivation] was so useful, sob sob sob!"

The boys, completely baffled: ...Huh?

Theme: Keep working hard, and there's always hope.
