The Perfect Eighth Fujin (Qing Dynasty Transmigration)

Blurb One:

Gu Yan transmigrated to a mutated version of the Qing Dynasty.

It's called mutated because her father is Guoluo Mingshang, and her half-sister, who shares the same father, became Fourth Prince's secondary consort.

In short, her birth mother was a prince consort's concubine, while her elder sister was the designated future Eighth Princess Consort. During the imperial selection, though, she accidentally had an "intimate" encounter with Fourth Prince.

As the illegitimate daughter of a prince consort's concubine, with a father who'd made a mistake and been beheaded, Gu Yan thought she'd simply wait until she was old enough, let her Guoluo relatives arrange a marriage to a steady, dependable man, and then get on with her farming.

Until one day...

Eighth Prince, whose bride had been stolen from him, lost his mind and bought an estate next to her family's, where he threw himself into agricultural development.

Two months later, an imperial decree announcing their marriage blew the roof off while the heroine was mixing manure.

"You told my father you wanted to marry me?"

Eighth Prince, his head completely bald: "You won't have to bear children, and all the family fortune will be yours. Deal?"

Thinking of how her face was about thirty percent similar to Fourth Prince's secondary consort, Gu Yan nodded vigorously. "Deal!"

What's the big deal about being the domineering prince's white moonlight?

She'd heard that historically, Eighth Prince was deeply in love with Eighth Princess Consort.

As a substitute for his white moonlight, as long as His Highness didn't interfere with what she did and paid well, she'd do anything. She wouldn't have children, and she'd even nurse his concubine through her postpartum confinement!

Blurb Two:

Gu Yan transmigrated into the historical Eighth Princess Consort. Drawing on her experience reading gossip novels, she concluded:

As long as she didn't do anything stupid, her husband treated her well, and she didn't have to bear children, life would be perfect!

But... can someone tell her what happened to Guoluo Shi being unable to conceive for her whole life?

Could this version of her, who's had two children in three years, be someone the Guoluo family adopted from outside? [Screenshot taken on June 19, 2020]
