The Entire Interstellar World Dotes on Me

[A spoiled little chubby finch shou who loves being adored x a marshal gong who can't stop doting on birds]

In the interstellar age, the balance of species had been reshuffled. After evolving, many species from the ancient Earth era had become less attractive and grown much larger.

Humans, who still held the dominant position, devoted themselves to finding new, tiny, adorable species to cure the genetic disease left behind by the age of war: Mental Power Exhaustion Syndrome. But their results were never quite satisfactory.

Until one day...

People saw the Imperial Marshal, who had gone missing after an attack, return safe and sound with a tiny white chubby finch perched on his head.

When the camera pointed at it, the little bird, as fluffy as a snowball, fluffed its downy wings, puffed out its chest, and gave a soft, delicate chirp: "Tweet."

The StarNet exploded.

Lately, the subordinates of all the big shots had been deeply troubled.

It was no wonder: their bosses had all become hopelessly obsessed with petting birds.

The emperor, who used to be diligent in his duties, had learned to slack off during weekly meetings so he could tease the bird.

The business magnate who controlled the economy was obsessed with spending money on gemstones just to make the bird happy.

The infamous space pirate chief kept returning to his old home in the empire, plotting how to snatch the bird hostage away from the painfully proper marshal.

And the source of all this trouble was that chubby little finch, who slept sprawled out on the marshal's head every day!

The subordinates watched the sleepy, dazed little white bird tilt its head at them and chirp. Their eyes were full of envy and jealousy.

They wanted to pet a bird too. QAQ

But the marshal's gaze was terrifying. If they really tried to step forward and touch it, they felt like they'd be killed.

Note: The shou looks like a silver-throated long-tailed tit. Extremely adorable.

Theme: Everyone should be happy
