Coming soon: After Awakening, I Clung to the Villain's Leg and The Female Supporting Character Behind the Demon Lord. Please add them to your favorites. Blurbs below!
Wei Changyao, the third princess of Great Yong, was gentle and easygoing, with a resilient nature. She was sent away in a political marriage and died on the journey.
After being reborn, she learned that she was a disposable villainess, set up by the male supporting character Cui Yao to take the heroine's place in the political marriage.
She gave a cold laugh, sharpened her knife, and swore to herself: in this battle, either he dies or she survives.
Cui Yao, Commander of the Embroidered Guards, was cold-hearted by nature and stopped at nothing. To repay a favor, he schemed to send his fiancee, the third princess, far away in a political marriage.
Before the foreign state had even submitted its marriage proposal, Cui Yao openly ended his engagement to the third princess.
On the day the bride was chosen, Cui Yao wrote the third princess's name on the marriage document without batting an eye.
When the third princess came to demand an explanation, Cui Yao met her with an indifferent gaze and admitted everything.
He couldn't even be bothered to deny it to this pretty but powerless princess.
He thought: She's just a princess with no powerful family behind her. She can't cause any trouble.
But no matter how carefully he planned for the future, he never imagined that one day he would be consumed by longing for this princess, heartbroken and inconsolable.
A gentle, resilient heroine + a cold, obsessive hero
Both leads are each other's only partners + a slow burn
An entirely fictional setting, an entirely fictional setting, an entirely fictional setting. It bears repeating.
The hero is a bastard early on, but devoted later.
Not a face-slapping, villain-punishing story.
Please don't curse at the author. If you do, I'll hide under a pot lid.
It's just a story idea about a villain who brings about his own downfall by falling in love with the person he tormented.
Lots of details won't hold up to scrutiny. This is my first book, so it's rough around the edges, and I didn't handle some things well. If the blurb doesn't appeal to you, feel free not to read it. Let's all be happy.
After Awakening, I Clung to the Villain's Leg
[The villainous couple's journey of loving each other (not really) and struggling with themselves]
Wen Ao is the stepdaughter of the Grand Preceptor. Her position is awkward, so she is cautious and careful, but she is also quite cunning, despicable, and petty. She lies in wait, hoping to use her lowly status to ensnare Xiao Mingzhang, heir to the Duke of Zhenguo.
One day, Wen Ao meets with disaster and is thrown into a mass grave. There, she awakens to the plot.
It turns out she is the villainess whom the second male lead, Xiao Mingzhang, uses as a shield for the heroine.
The mass grave is where she turns evil. After this, she will grow jealous of the heroine, oppose her, become estranged from everyone, and die a terrible death.
Unwilling to die, Wen Ao latches onto Cui Jiuyin, who is also at the mass grave: Xiao Mingzhang's archenemy, a future imperial favorite with power over everything, ruthless and merciless.
She hopes to cling to him, stay alive, and get revenge.
Cui Jiuyin was born into a noble family, a refined young gentleman as pure as jade. But court intrigue brought the Cui family down.
He was badly wounded and left at the mass grave, reeking of death and partly paralyzed. He was a vicious, bloodthirsty demon with the face of an immortal and the heart of a rakshasa.
But the moment the demon opened his eyes, Wen Ao latched onto him.
She was gentle and kind. She found medicine for him, cared for him attentively, lured away his enemies, and endured hardship alongside him as they fled. She was also breathtakingly beautiful.
No one could remain unmoved.
Unfortunately, Cui Jiuyin had a heart of ice that could never be warmed.
And he had long heard about her attempts to climb the social ladder...
Wen Ao's scheming was obvious and laughably clumsy. She was undoubtedly a dark, shallow person, and Cui Jiuyin was certain that her calculated flattery would never move him.
But in the end, when she wanted to leave, he was helpless.
He could only abandon everything and beg through his tears: "Aoao, don't go. I was the one who didn't know what I had. I was the one plotting and scheming..."
"Don't leave me. And don't... be cold to me again."

[A vain beauty with an inferiority complex and a scheming streak + a charming, mysterious noble gentleman. Both are virgins.]
Literary title: Capturing the Crane. Opens at a mass grave.
[Thanks to the kind soul on the writing forum who helped come up with the hero's name! The setting is fictional but draws on the Song dynasty.]
The hero is alluring and mysterious, and says one thing to your face and another behind your back.
My dear little angels!
The Female Supporting Character Behind the Demon Lord
After transmigrating, Sang Sang met Yun Ji. The young man had horns on his head and a black fish tail trailing behind him. Scales covered his body. He was a little half-demon.
The little half-demon was cold and wary.
But he saved his own food for Sang Sang, climbed cliffs to gather herbs for her, and kept her company day and night. So Sang Sang cherished him.
Sang Sang accompanied the little half-demon when he joined a cultivation sect, when he was expelled from it, and when the righteous sects hunted him down.
They spent hundreds of years together.
Sang Sang watched Yun Ji grow from a frail boy into a tall young man, from a little half-demon into a cold, proud great demon, and watched him become the Demon Lord.
Sang Sang loved the little half-demon. She thought that even if time passed, she could afford to wait for him.
*
One day, while Sang Sang was fighting the leader of a cultivation sect, she heard that the great demon Yun Ji had asked for the sect's Fairy Wulan's hand in marriage.
Sang Sang froze. Then a sword pierced her chest.
Only then did Sang Sang learn that she was in a novel, and that the little half-demon was a candidate for the male lead.
In the book, the little half-demon, beautiful, powerful, and tragic, had eyes only for his senior sister, Wulan, for hundreds of years.
Even after being expelled from the sect and ending up in the filthy Demon Realm, he still thought only of the noble Fairy Wulan.
The calm, composed little half-demon only ever showed unease in front of Wulan.
To him, the mortal Sang Sang was no different from anyone else.
Sang Sang didn't hate the little half-demon. She was just embarrassed.
For all those years, she'd imagined herself as the one he loved, and even claimed the title of the great demon's wife...
*
Before she could condemn herself for falling in love, Sang Sang died. Unexpectedly, a hundred years later, she was reborn as a half-demon too.
With her old dreams behind her, Sang Sang met Yun Ji again.
This old friend had snow-white hair and eyes as cold as snow and frost. He looked at her strangely.
Remembering how foolish she'd been, Sang Sang smiled awkwardly. "I remember you. You're Yun Ji, the little half-demon. By the way, did you marry your senior sister?"
[Happy ending. The male lead doesn't change.]
It's an old-fashioned premise. I haven't written it yet, so I don't know how it'll turn out.
The story is split in half: the first half is before her death, and the second is after.
Inspired by all those female supporting characters who stayed by the Demon Lord's side.
The hero suffers. Half-demons are born with a defect. The hero is pure.

Theme: Even in adversity, keep striving to change your fate.
The author depicts the male and female protagonists very delicately, and the emotional changes of the male protagonist are also very natural. The female protagonist feels that Yazi, who has a low IQ, is suppressed and beaten by the female partner before and after his rebirth. The female partner may be the author's own daughter. Even at the end, he is reluctant to let the female partner really suffer. The female protagonist feels that she hates the male protagonist more than the female partner who designed her to get married, but it is indeed true to her own analysis. She would like to rip her heart out when others treat her better. Once the male protagonist treats her well, she will let go of her hatred. As for the female partner who harmed her, I'm sorry, the female protagonist never thought of fighting back. The author's writing seems to be about the heroine being reborn to torture a scumbag, but in fact it is better to say that the heroine is reborn to survive, because the heroine does not abuse anyone except emotionally torturing the male protagonist... In the end, Cui Guifei's death in the cold palace was the result of the heroine's life... Anyway, the early villains here are actually living well and nourishing in the end. The whole article feels like you are so frustrated that you don't know how to vent.
It seems to be quite reliable. . . A man rescued himself and also saved a Xiao Cui. . .
It's a pity ~ a feeling of loss... But it's really "lost" ~ If I can work hard, I can get this wonderful future, but it's a pity that different situations are different ~ Xiao Cui can get HE thanks to Yaoyao, she earned her own life ~
When I saw the category, I discovered that Mr. Cui is a delicate flower! (?°Δ°`)
I have always wanted to ask if Yaomei and Yaoyao are in the same grade? Why did Yaoyao pass the college entrance examination but didn't talk about Yaomei?
Aaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, so sweet!!!!!
When will the new article be updated? All the flowers of waiting have faded (dog head)
Extra makes me cry for no reason TT
I read it in one go and felt comfortable
Finished spreading flowers ~ I hope to see new articles!!
