Tsuru-centric characterization.
The protagonist has two secret identities: ordinary citizen Kurt Morgan (reporter) and Kaku (vigilante). He mainly presents himself to the public as Kurt. His real identity, Tsukimiyama Tsuru, will not be known to the public.
There are lots of original characters and plenty of made-up stuff.
Beautiful, strong, and tragic; ridiculously overpowered; poor writing.
The timeline is after Jason’s death, with Tim having just taken over.

This fic’s premise came about in 2022. The evidence was only recorded on July 8, 2022. The author was in high school at the time and had a detailed handwritten outline.
