Did the CEO Blow His Cover Today?

Shi Jun is a prominent figure in high society, not so much because of her fortune worth tens of billions, but mainly because of her notorious reputation and the little bit of dignity she has left. Though Young Master Shi parties night after night amid luxury and excess, she has an unwritten rule: she never gets too close to anyone. It is all just for show, because she has a secret she cannot tell anyone.

Huayu Group has a “daughter” named Tang Yufeng. Naturally frail, he never meets outsiders, and he too has a secret he cannot tell anyone.

One day, Shi Jun was dragged to a bar by a few rowdy friends to help them make an impression. As she passed the counter, she spotted a handsome, delicate-looking young bartender with a distinctly boyish charm. If not for his conspicuous Adam’s apple, Shi Jun would have believed he was a beautiful young woman.

Young Master Shi decided to return to her female identity and pursue this adorable young bartender. Despite his sweet looks, the young man was aloof and abstinent. No matter what Shi Jun did, his eyes held nothing but distance and disdain.

Eventually, Shi Jun grew disheartened and returned to her own social circle.

At a party one day, Shi Jun saw Tang Yufeng, the “daughter” of Huayu Group, dressed as a woman and looking exactly like the young bartender.

Shi Jun cornered Tang Yufeng. “You actually disguised yourself as a man and deceived my feelings.”

Tang Yufeng grabbed Shi Jun’s hand, leaned close, and raised an eyebrow. “If I’m a man or not, why don’t you check for yourself, hmm?”
