My World Could Never Have Pokemon

Yao Zhenzhen woke up one morning to find that her world had changed beyond recognition. Why was Dad taking Arcanine to the annual Outstanding Police Officer awards? Why did Mom, who worked at a hospital, and her aunts all look so alike to outsiders? ...Worst of all, why did Yao Zhenzhen, who had less than a year before her college entrance exams, have to pass a Pokemon battle test first?! Good grief! This world full of Pokemon definitely isn't my Earth! And yet... after a week of experiencing the joy of Fluffy, Yao Zhenzhen was struck by the truth: I, Yao Zhenzhen, hereby swear to make Fluffy my own and become Champion! [Please note]: 1. The original outline included a male lead, but at readers' request, the main story is now romance-free. The rest can be found in the extras. 2. Please don't mention this story in other authors' comment sections. Enjoy it in its own space, and don't put other works down! Likewise, please don't mention or compare other authors' novels in the comments here. Let's respect each other, thanks. 3. Before criticizing errors in the story's Pokemon lore, please check the original source material first. I'm happy to have a friendly discussion as long as you don't swear. On the other hand, if you rant and then realize you were the one who got it wrong, won't that be embarrassing? 4. No nitpicking or attempts to make a big deal out of wording, whether malicious or just for laughs. To keep the story safe, please don't discuss real-world topics that provoke arguments. Such comments will be deleted as soon as I see them. 5. I've already written more than three hundred chapters, so I'll definitely see this through to the end. But I get busy outside of summer and winter break, so updates will be irregular. This is self-indulgent writing. I know the early chapters aren't very good, so please be gentle. If it's not your cup of tea, use the top-right corner to leave quietly. No need to tell me. Thank you! Theme: Shock! What does an ambitious high school girl do after Pokemon appear in the real world?!
