My Boss Is Clearly Super Strong, Yet Incredibly Fussy

Bai Zhi had just graduated from college when his first job turned out to be personal assistant to the president of a major company. The president was handsome and good at his job, but the trouble was, he was... incredibly high-maintenance!

He still remembered what the secretary told him before he started:

“Our president doesn't sleep well. He often has insomnia at night, and he has a hard time getting up in the morning.”

Bai Zhi: What kind of president gets up in the middle of the night to play video games when he can't sleep? No wonder he can't get up in the daytime!

“The president doesn't like sunlight. Whenever he goes out, he has to apply a thick layer of sunscreen and carry an umbrella.”

Bai Zhi: No wonder a grown man has skin whiter than a woman's. He can't even be in the sun. Does he think he's a vampire?

“The president's favorite foods are duck blood vermicelli soup, pork blood tofu, and rare steak...” (A hundred more words omitted here.)

Bai Zhi: Why doesn't he just drink blood?

“Oh, right. The president also hates garlic. It can't be added to anything he eats.”

Bai Zhi: ...

He had assumed his boss was simply fussy, but then, after accidentally eavesdropping, he discovered his boss's secret. It turned out he really was a vampire!!!

And that wasn't all. From then on, it was as if a door to a new world had opened before him. Werewolves, elves, and witches suddenly came rushing in.

Bai Zhi: This world is terrifying. I want to quit.

Gu Yuelin: Since you've learned my secret, I'll have to turn you into one of us. Oh, and since I'm the one who gives you your first bite, you'll have to call me... Dad.

Bai Zhi: ...
