King of the Insects

He died at the end of the century, then awoke on a desolate planet. In the endless darkness of the deep sea, weak subjects crawled at his feet. The strong prey on the weak, and nature selects the fittest. Luo He had no choice: The evolution of life knew no bounds. From the ocean they emerged onto land, and at last unfurled fearsome wings of flesh to charge into the vast sea of stars. The Zerg would usher in a new age. “I was born at the moment the sun rose.” “This planet’s environment is extremely harsh. When the star leapt above the horizon, it brought not hope, but endless calamity.” “Newborn Zerg rarely survived this disaster. I was prepared to die.” “But the King lowered his head and used his body to shield me from the star’s scorching light.” “That was the first time I saw the King.” “I saw his black hair, falling to his ankles; his pale, delicate face with its gentle features; and his scarlet eyes.” “That was the first time I understood what ‘beauty’ was.” “He is the King of the Zerg, a demon who sparks wars, a tyrant who leads countless subjects to conquer the stars.” “And the most precious treasure I will ever find.” “I want him all to myself.” --The Empire’s Supreme Commander Note: 1. A Zerg empire-building story. 2. One-on-one, the top is adored by thousands (of bugs?). 3. The author is uneducated and there are tons of plot holes. Read it or don't, but don't complain. 4. The blurb has been screenshotted. Theme: The Zerg’s path of evolution
