The Dark Mage Builds a City Online [Worldbuilding]

Annis transmigrates from a federal mecha engineer into a rebellious princess of a magic empire, obsessed with black magic. The princess is exiled to a remote fiefdom. It is sparsely populated and its soil is barren, surrounded by vicious foreign races and constantly threatened by the Abyssal Curse. Even the most basic safety is hard to guarantee. Just as everyone believes the empire's rose will eventually die in this remote, impoverished land, a vibrant, prosperous city that welcomes all rises from the ground, becoming a center where the cultures, trade, and magical sciences of the continent's hundred races converge. Annis, the city's ruler, says: What vicious foreign races? What Abyssal Curse? The Shadow Wolf race are born loyal scouts; The Plate Antelope race are excellent farmers; The Dwarf race are skilled artisans; The Yuni race are the finest merchants; Even the most dangerous magical creatures and strange plants have their uses: Slimes are the city's professional street cleaners; Nightmare Spiders provide high-quality, magic-resistant silk fabric; Brain monsters naturally form automated control and management systems; There are no restrictions based on race, and no taboos on research by school of magic. Knowledge belongs to everyone willing to learn, and a good life belongs to every citizen who helps build the city. Welcome to the City of Miracles, Noan. - It is said that before the Noan region became the princess's fiefdom, it belonged to a mysterious mage. He was a half-elf exiled from his homeland, cursed by the Abyss and granted supreme magical power. The evil black mage was known as the Thorn of the Abyss. He was a symbol of disaster and pestilence, able to engulf the land in countless magical thorns with a snap of his fingers. He locked himself away in his mage tower day after day, exploring the mysteries of the Abyss. Until one day, a princess who had traveled from afar brought her black magic research notes and pried open the door to the mage tower. "This black magic can make plants shoot up and grow so much in an instant. Could you teach it to me too?" "It doesn't just work on thorns. We can use it on cassava, wheat, tomatoes, and all sorts of other things!" This was the first meeting between Annis Shiros, Queen of Noan, and the evil mage known as the Thorn of the Abyss. No, he should now be called Mr. Thorn, Noan's Minister of Agriculture.
