A fountain pen, and one sudden transmigration. Following the route in his memories, He Chuan returned to his own home, only to find himself in the early Republican era. The streets were bustling with traffic, warlords were everywhere, and he slapped himself several times in disbelief. It actually hurt!
A young man offered him a sesame flatbread and told him they could make money selling them.
He Chuan's dormant soul woke up in an instant. That was actually a pretty good idea.
When He Chuan fell for A Man, he thought he'd spend the rest of his life falling for just this one boy. The boy's eyes were like stars, and He Chuan was completely smitten.
"Mr. He, can men marry men where you're from?"
"Of course! With a grand bridal sedan and a proper wedding."
Neither of them said anything. The moment felt just right.
This is a Republican-era love story about two men who gradually fall in love. The story is told through diary entries, recording every little thing. There are no real-life inspirations. It takes place in an invented Republican-era town and countryside. This is my second attempt at writing a Republican-era story. My writing is awful, so please don't compare it to real people, and please don't flame me. Thank you all for keeping an eye on it.
My first Republican-era short story is in my collection.
My upcoming story: The Jade Edict
I'll update on schedule, 3,000 to 4,000 words a day, and expect to finish in about two months. Please don't nitpick historical details. The Republican era and everything in this story are fictional, but the feelings are real.
Theme: Heartbreaking angst
Come on ↖(^ω^)↗
Damn, is this written in a self-narration, in the first person?
Why! Why can't you see the cover and name, why are you doing this to me! Why does the review take so long! I just changed the copy... I giao...!!!
It feels like my wife is writing prose or essays
I'm here, leave a claw first
Give it a try and update later, your ideas are endless hehe
