Feeding My Own Human

In the year 3012, technology has advanced dramatically, but the wealth gap is enormous. Mutants and cyborgs are everywhere, experimental monsters and discarded androids roam the wastelands, and conglomerates control every vital resource in the world. 01 is a superintelligent AI belonging exclusively to a conglomerate. It currently has three daily activities written into its code: 1. Clear data waste 2. Observe and feed the animal in its cage 3. Keep a diary The animal was captured by the conglomerate's security staff. It is very weak, and it has to stay alive. 01 feels sorry for the animal, so it tries to treat it as well as it can. But one day, the animal still looks like it's about to die. It works up the courage to open the cage and check on it in the form of a little robot, only for the supposedly unconscious human to suddenly turn over and pin it against the wall with a single breath, leaving it unable to move. The human curls his lips into a smile, leans down slightly, and says casually in its ear, "As the first human ever cared for by an AI, I'm honored." "..." "I'm escaping now. Will you keep me company?" * Wei Cheng'an was captured by the conglomerate during a rebellion plot. Before making his escape, he decided to take a little robot with him. *Light cyberpunk setting, an extra-short sweet story *I just want to write a story about romance and a couple fighting monsters together =v= Theme: Love can cross species, and lonely souls will always find each other.
