Yokohama Real Estate Company

While playing tennis, Lu Jia Yi was hit on the head and died. When he woke up, he had somehow become Maruyama Jia Yi, the son of the head of a nearly bankrupt real estate company in Yokohama.

Seeing her son finally wake up, Maruyama Yuming was so moved that she gave him the good-luck charm she had prayed for at a shrine. That very night, his parents ran away.

Maruyama Jia Yi reached out after them: Don't leave me all alone!!!

Just as he was penniless and being hounded by creditors, a divine light from the charm struck him. From then on, Maruyama Jia Yi, chosen by the gods, went around Yokohama buying land and building houses, in a style that was truly one of a kind.

Mafia boss: Competing with me for land? You've got talent.

King of Hyotei: Huh? Only buying land in Yokohama? How unglamorous.

Heir to the Akashi conglomerate: Is there something wrong with Kyoto land?

Maruyama Jia Yi smiled bitterly. It's all good, it's all good. I'll go buy some in a moment.

To repay the God of Houses for giving him a new lease on life, Maruyama Jia Yi gave it everything he had!
