My Lucky Carp Master

Fu Hongning had been unlucky for... she couldn't remember how many years.

Ever since she could remember, nothing had gone her way.

She'd get caught in a downpour while walking, a boat would spring a leak while she was aboard, and whenever she took a carriage, either a wheel broke or the horse got sick.

Even the thatched cottage she'd just built was struck by lightning. The fact that she was still alive was a miracle.

Then...

She accidentally rescued... an immortal?

Oh, no! A lucky carp!

Ever since she rescued her "lucky carp," everything went her way.

The rice in her kitchen never ran out, she always had ten chickens no matter how many she ate, and she could even pick up a gold ingot while out walking.

It wasn't until her thatched cottage turned into a golden mansion that Fu Hongning finally realized how serious things had become.

She cornered the "lucky carp" and demanded fiercely, "What kind of immortal are you, anyway?!"

The lucky carp curved his lips into a faint smile. "I'm an immortal lord from Mount Buzhou."

Fu Hongning blinked.

"An immortal lord? Mount Buzhou?"

"The Mount Buzhou where they teach immortal arts like soaring through the clouds?"

The immortal lord from Mount Buzhou took the hand clutching his collar and rubbed it back and forth. "That's sword-flying technique."

Fu Hongning blinked again. "Oh~"

"What are you doing here?"

"My personal disciple ran away, so I came to look for her." The immortal lord naturally slipped an arm around her slender waist.

Fu Hongning glanced at the restless hand on her waist. "Why are you touching me?"

Immortal lord: "I'm dizzy and can't stand straight."

Fu Hongning: "?!"

Aren't you an immortal lord... Could you be a fake?
