I Don't Need This Adopted Son Anyway

Blurb

Zhou Hanshu made his name in the bustling city of Shanghai through cheating and gambling. Everyone knew his reputation, so he never expected anyone to dare pick his pocket.

He grabbed the little brat who'd stolen his wallet, only to discover the child was the orphan of his benefactor.

Li Si: "I got caught today. My bad luck, I guess. Do whatever you want with me, kill me or cut me up!"

Zhou Hanshu: "No need to kill or dismember you. You look like you've got a rare talent, you little brat, so I'll reluctantly take you as my adopted son. Come on, call me Dad."

Looking back on his life, Zhou Hanshu realized that the one thing he should never have done was take Li Si as his son, bring him home to the Zhou family, and raise him with his own hands into an ungrateful little beast.

The little beast cut off his source of income and ruined his reputation, knocking him from the heights of glory. Then he looked down at him from above. "Adoptive father, on my first day at the Zhou family, you told me that in this world, only the strong can do whatever they want, and the weak aren't worth a damn..."

Zhou Hanshu swore at him. "What, now that you've got a little power, you think you can lecture your old man...?"

Li Zhonghan gripped his chin, pried his legs apart with a knee, and whispered in his ear, "Zhou Hanshu, call me Dad..."

"Go to hell, you bastard!"

"I gave you your chance. Don't come crying and begging me later."
