So she abandons the idea of simply chopping the dog emperor to death and instead gives the childless emperor a pill that will make him father daughters for more than twenty years.

The green lotus demon thinks the dog emperor is filthy, tainted by humans. Whenever she has no choice but to see him on the first and fifteenth of the month, she uses an illusion to make him kneel by the bed all night.
