She Escaped the Horror Game

*A highly visible male lead who is a criminal investigation team captain x a barely noticeable female lead who is a data analyst* Their constitutions are opposites, but they can merge.

Ye Feisheng closes her eyes just before a rock is about to crush her to death. When she opens them again, she's told that she's already dead and has entered a resurrection space. Thinking of a wish she has yet to fulfill, she begins her journey through the instances. Though the former captain died too, he still remembers coming to find her and ask her to team up, which gives her quite a fright...

There aren't many instances. A short story with no heartbreak.
