Have You Seen My Dragon?

Legend says that an evil dragon has guarded a treasure for generations.

The mightiest hero can cut off the dragon's head with a sword and claim a fortune beyond compare.

But when the hero raises his sword, the treasure behind the dragon suddenly clatters to its feet and glares at him indignantly. "You are not allowed to hurt my dragon."

The treasure has lost the evil dragon who guarded him.

He shapes a body for himself out of gold, sets it with the gemstones his dragon loves most for eyes, puts on a one-of-a-kind crown and a precious ring, picks up the hero's sword, and sets out to find his dragon.

Across mountains and grasslands, past elves and birds, the little golden man keeps asking everyone he meets, "Have you seen my dragon?"

Please note:

1. The story has its share of angst, but it's a healing tale that pairs sweet moments with heartbreak.

2. Happy ending, happy ending, happy ending. This is a little fairy tale where everyone is sure to find happiness.

3. A darling is a darling, quack.
