Please add my next novel, The Substitute Bride, to your reading list.
Blurb:
Chen Ying was the daughter of an investigating censor. Her father was fair and incorruptible, and deeply trusted by the emperor; her mother was exceptionally talented and devoted to her upbringing. Her grandmother, elder sister, and elder brother all doted on her, too.
Oh, and she also had a childhood sweetheart: the Crown Prince of the Eastern Palace.
She loved the ball he gave her most of all.
He loved the sachet she gave him most of all.
She was versed in music and skilled in poetry and painting, but what she loved most was playing cuju.
She could have lived a peaceful, happy life, but fate played a cruel trick on her. Her father was framed, her family was torn apart, and she could never see the Crown Prince again.
Later, someone manipulated her into remaining by the Crown Prince's side as a spy, under the guise of his Crown Princess.
Later still, she was killed to silence her...
Reborn on the day of her wedding, Chen Ying feared repeating the past, so she simply ran away from the marriage.
What she never expected was that the cold-hearted Crown Prince would come after her.
A little scene:
Chen Ying lay in the Crown Prince's arms, twirling his hair and asking indifferently, “I heard Grand Empress Dowager wants you to take Miss Liu as a secondary consort?”
“I arranged for her and the Third Prince to fall in love.” He watched her jealousy with an amused smile, clearly hoping for praise.
Chen Ying was briefly taken aback, then smiled brightly and leaned in to peck his lips. “You're so good to me, darling.”
She started to pull away after the kiss, but he pinned her down and turned that light peck into a deep kiss.
This novel will be published on August 12. Chapters from Chapter 27 onward will be for paying readers.

I haven't read it yet, but I'll see if I have to follow the rhythm of the book…
The writing is too sloppy. Many places are not explained clearly. I felt lonely after reading it.
The profile says she has double C, was it the same in her previous life??
I was so speechless, like the maodu in a hot pot restaurant, when a big plate was served, but the bottom was full of ice.
To be honest, I really like the Queen Empress.
The writing is too sloppy. Many places are not explained clearly. I felt lonely after reading it.
A lot of things were not explained clearly. The fate of the third and fifth princes, Xiao Chongli, and others were not mentioned. The queen mother poisoned the princess, how the prince escaped, etc. The power struggles in the palace are so childish.
So arrogant? Even the prince escaped from marriage... Can he still live well?
Hahahahahahahahahahaha
A person who can spoil his concubine and destroy his wife is not much better. What makes them think that their concubines can be concubines? They are too thick-faced.
