Wu Cheng transfers schools and falls for the class's little underachiever, Chi Yiyi, on his very first day.

The little underachiever buries herself in her studies every day, yet still ranks last. She often frowns at the grades on her test papers.

"Hey, date me and I'll let you copy my homework," Wu Cheng says with a raised eyebrow.

The little underachiever thinks it over and decides it's a good deal, so she copies and copies from Wu Cheng's test paper during the exam.

A few days before the New Year, the teacher reports the final exam scores to all the parents.

The little underachiever confidently opens the score sheet in front of her whole family.

"...Second to last." Her heart sinks. She has a bad feeling and looks further down.

At the very bottom of the table is her new boyfriend, Wu Cheng.
