The renowned painter Murong Xun accidentally transmigrates into the body of a prince in ancient times while attending a friend's art exhibition.

He thinks he can finally relax and enjoy a life of wealth, but then the emperor falls seriously ill, and he is summoned back to the palace in a hurry.

One night, just as he is about to rest, he suddenly hears someone talking. After searching around, he discovers the speaker is inside his body.

Luckily, the original owner doesn't make any extreme remarks about this uninvited guest, but from then on Murong Xun has no choice but to stay bound to this cold-faced man and pretend they are one person.

Later, Murong Xun realizes that having someone else in his body isn't so bad, because whenever danger strikes, the other man takes control of their body and swiftly settles the problem.

Ye Chu: "Mm."

Later, Murong Xun recalls some things about his past life and finally understands why he transmigrated into Ye Chu's body and how they came to meet.

~●Reading Guide●~

· 1v1

· The gong and shou are from different times and spaces, but are actually the same soul: they are each other's reincarnations.

· They transmigrate between ancient and modern times. The story focuses on ancient times, indicated by volume divisions. Feel free to skip according to the volumes. The ratio is about 8:2. Both sides are important, so please proceed with caution if this bothers you.

· During the first transmigration, the gong and shou share one body, so there is no actual physical contact, but they are still two people.

· The timeline is jumbled. I'll gradually organize it in the author's notes.

· The setting is an alternate history with a basic framework set after the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms and before the Song Dynasty. The dates have been adjusted to make room for a new dynasty.

· All the states from the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period are fictional. This does not involve real history; the period is just used as a familiar framework. Please don't argue based on real history.

· The Mohe Dynasty was founded in 940. The gong was born in 931, and the shou in 1997.

· The gong from another danmei novel of mine will be mentioned briefly, but it's not important to the plot, so you can ignore it.

· In modern times, the gong is a model, but that doesn't play a major role.

· The first transmigration focuses on the plot, and the second focuses on the romance.

· There is more plot early on, and the romance comes later. There will be lots of sweetness in the later chapters.

· Please excuse any mistakes in forms of address. The writing style is rather simple.

· The writing is amateurish, the pacing is a little slow, and there is quite a bit of dragging.
