King Arthur's fate is to be betrayed and face death after becoming the ruler of all Britain. Once he ascends the throne, his fortunes will take a sharp turn for the worse. His closest family and beloved will betray him, and a child of his own blood will cut off his head. His fate will become a legend passed down through the ages. The people of Britain will await his awakening, and his story will bring them to tears. Arthur: Wow, that's awful. Can I refuse this damned fate? Someone: Why not ask the amazing players? But it seems fate has encountered a tiny little problem. Arthur's Game, an utterly ordinary full-dive game. Before entering the game, players have no expectations. They think it'll be just as mediocre as all those fake full-dive games they've played before. But when a game world as real as life unfolds before their eyes, the players are stunned and rush into the game! What's this? Mushrooms that can heal you? I'll give them a try. What's this? Stone that can be used to build a house? Let's craft it. The hardworking players toil away, helping "Arthur" overcome every obstacle in his path, until they see the NPC ascend the throne and become the sole king of Britain. Any NPC who gets in the way of our baby's unification of the land can just die! Tips: 1. This is a fanfic based on the Arthurian legends of Celtic mythology, not an FGO fanfic. There are so many different Arthurian stories that there's not much to research. I've made up a mountain of details. 2.
