It took Pei Xi six years after she transmigrated to realize that she had actually transmigrated into a book.
She had transmigrated into a mystery novel she'd once followed. The worst part was that she'd become the male lead's ex-girlfriend, a character who only appeared in flashbacks.
If she'd only been an ex-girlfriend, that would have been bad enough. But this ex was an unlucky woman who got murdered on the day of her wedding to the male lead.
The novel was still being serialized, so Pei Xi had no idea who her murderer was.
With her wedding day drawing closer, all Pei Xi could think about was how to break up safely with the male lead, who seemed to have Conan possessing him.
[A shameless, naturally awful heroine who loves herself dearly VS a gentle, steady, considerate male lead at first, then a cold, distant, restrained, devoted man]
1. There are plenty of male supporting characters, but they all pass through like clouds. This is a one-on-one romance. The heroine is a heartbreaker, the male lead suffers, and he is deeply devoted to and passionately in love with her.
2. An unserious mystery romance, with romance as the main focus and mystery as a side dish.
3. The setting has been revised. Don't believe anything the author said in earlier replies.
4. If you spot any logical inconsistencies, please point them out. The author will gladly make corrections.
My next novel, She Is the Ex-Girlfriend, is open for pre-bookmarks. If you're interested, please bookmark it. XOXO.
Su Xie is the male lead's ex-girlfriend in a melodramatic romance novel.
She's a rich heiress who spends money like water, a young lady who splashes out a fortune at a time, a successful CEO...
All she has to do is lend the male lead a hand before he rises to success, under the pretense of dating him. Later, she can ditch him with any old excuse, letting the poor, low-status male lead turn his fortunes around and rise to the top, where he meets the heroine destined for him.
But though she's a veteran of the female-supporting-character mission team, she keeps failing her assignments. She is supposed to be the ex-girlfriend, but the male leads refuse to let go, deny it, and won't accept it. They even try to force her to stay, offering her everything they've worked for, just to return to how things were at the start.

Oh my god, oh my god, Xiao Xi always thought that she had gone through the book, and ended up doing it all over again, but because of the shadow, her brain constructed a new world, and then the magnetic field caused this to happen in Xiao Ji's mind (I was talking nonsense???)
The heroine didn't like it (it felt selfish, but when I met a strange girl and she was willing to be a hostage... I was a little confused.) Maybe I was a little confused about his attitude towards his boyfriend at the beginning... If I directly pretended to be my ex-girlfriend six years later, and she broke up like this, I would think it was normal...
I always feel that the heroine was quartered because of Fu Zhizhi.
The male and female protagonists haven't met yet, bad review
I've finished reading it, but I don't understand something…
Sincere question; has the heroine really been in love with the hero for six years in this state? It feels like she doesn't like the male protagonist very much...
I don't understand. I was still caught this time. I feel that the previous investigation is meaningless. If I still want to kill the heroine, it will still be the same. I feel that Bai didn't do it this time.
As a protagonist, I'm very satisfied with the control, and the writing is pretty smooth, but I feel like I haven't reached the ending yet.
Big post o(*≧▽≦)ツ Then I will sit back and wait for the next one
