[Naruto] Confess Your Love and Time Rewinds?!

[I forgot what the previous setup was, so I'm not writing it. I've replaced it with this one.]

After learning that she'd been assigned to the same team as the person she liked, Sakura confessed to Sasuke under a cherry tree.

She waited eagerly for Sasuke's answer. The next second, she was back on the day of her graduation exam.

Sakura: ?

Refusing to believe it, she confessed to Sasuke again after the teams were assigned, and once again she returned to graduation day.

Sakura: ...

Was she cursed so that every time she confessed to Sasuke-kun, time would rewind?!

But then, one day, after she and Naruto told their teacher Kakashi they liked him, she went back to the previous day.

Sakura: ? She meant she respected him as an older person!

Could it be that no matter who it was, not just Sasuke-kun, time would rewind whenever she confessed?

With that in mind, Sakura confessed to Ino, Shikamaru, Choji, and others in succession, successfully returning to the previous day each time.

From then on, she was caught in a cycle where every confession sent time rewinding.

Sakura: The world is the one at fault, not me.

Her chance came during the Chunin Ninja Exams, when she accidentally ran into people from Sunagakure in the Forest of Death.

Seeing the Sand ninja with a gourd on his back about to kill Ino and the others, Sakura stepped forward. She steeled herself, squeezed her eyes shut, and shouted, “Gaara-kun, I like you.”

That should send her back to the previous day so she could avoid meeting the Sand ninja, right?

That's what Sakura thought. She opened her eyes, and when she realized how strange the atmosphere was, her smile froze on her face.

Help! Why didn't time rewind?!

Goodbye, Mom. She's running away to the moon tonight!
