[Western Crossover] Warden in a Superhero World

Blurb:

A deserted island, thirty thousand dollars, and an amnesiac warden: build a prison.

Alisa thinks it's impossible. People should know when to give up in the face of the impossible.

But she's stranded on a deserted island from the start, with no choice but to build. She can only grit her teeth and get on with it!

Thirty thousand dollars in starting funds is far too little. Alisa tries to apply for a grant from the Gotham City government, but it's too corrupt for her to get one.

She then tries to take in more prisoners to receive larger subsidies, but with 600,000 prisoners a day, her meager prison can't accommodate them.

...Looks like she'll have to go scavenging for trash.

The good news: Gotham is vast and rich in resources, with gold lying everywhere. Wherever she goes, she can find useful things that other people have thrown away.

The bad news: She has to buy a ticket every time she goes to Gotham. Each trip costs a thousand dollars, making her already poor household even worse off.

Then, while hoeing the ground, she inexplicably digs up an amnesiac pixel person with no name. After that, the prison's contraband increases a hundredfold. By confiscating and reselling it, she gets a substantial amount of money.

At last, after pinching every penny, the prison is finally able to run successfully. The prisoners, however, think the experience is appalling.

Rows of toilets in the cafeteria, communal cells housing a hundred people, an execution chamber beside the chapel, and open-air showers built along the corridors...

The prison's irrational and deranged layout leaves every inmate who enters utterly dumbfounded.

Help! What kind of demonic prison is this?! Batman, help!

Tabitha: It's not demonic. We're just poor :)
