The Story of a Loyal Dog Turning into a Mad Dog

1

A new editor joins the Orange Comics editorial department: a graduate of a prestigious university, young and handsome, cheerful, and very likable.

Unfortunately, the newcomer has terrible luck. On his very first day, he's assigned to edit the devil, Wen Xia'an.

Wen Xia'an has been the most popular danmei comic artist on the entire internet for three consecutive years. But even more famous than that title are his breathtaking looks and notorious past.

Rumor has it that he had complicated relationships with every previous editor, and his last editor quit because he couldn't take the harassment anymore.

Everyone in the editorial department feels sorry for Ling Ye, but Ling Ye doesn't care. He figures he just needs to do his job.

Until one late night.

The power suddenly goes out in the residential complex where Wen Xia'an lives, and the heating stops, too.

Unable to keep working, Ling Ye gets up to leave. In the dim light, a body so cold it is nearly frozen presses against his chest. "I'm so cold..."

Long fingers, usually wrapped around a pen, curl around his neck. Cold lips brush his neck. "Don't go. Will you stay and keep me company?"

Ling Ye suddenly remembers the rumors, but the beauty in his arms is trembling, and he can't bring himself to refuse.

2

The beautiful comic artist he's in charge of is sometimes clingy as a kitten, always wanting to cuddle up to him, and sometimes so cold he treats Ling Ye like thin air, not even sparing him a glance.

Ling Ye's nerves are frayed by these seamless, unpredictable shifts between hot and cold. He keeps wondering if he's imagining things.

He really wants to ask Wen Xia'an what he thinks of him. What does he take him for?

3

Ling Ye decides not to ask. He chooses to act instead.

tips:

1. The blurb is from the gong's perspective, while the main story is from the shou's. It's probably a story about a beautiful man who's afraid of the cold looking for a human heater, only to accidentally turn a loyal puppy into a rabid dog.

2. A loyal gong who sometimes goes crazy over his wife VS a cool, teasing beauty. Both are virgins, with a size difference, and the shou is a year older than the gong.

3. The shou is extremely sensitive to the cold, has no exes, and his past is all rumors. He's only ever flirted with the gong, and only loves the gong.

4. A romance-focused, everyday-life healing sweet treat.
