Catch My Little Traitor [Esports]

Lu Jing, the LPL's top mid laner, started streaming in Diamond II on a smurf account to practice a champion.

Lu Jing killed the enemy jungler until his score was 0-11.

- Fans: Standard stuff. Don't make a big deal out of it.

Lu Jing added the enemy jungler as a friend and invited him to duo queue.

- Fans: Jing-ge is always so kind to everyone. Everyone, send him some rockets!

Lu Jing duo queued with the jungler for a week, and they even changed their usernames to matching couple names.

- Fans: Guess this is fate... But why does something feel off?

Lu Jing said to the jungler, "Captain, come back to the pro scene."

- Fans: ???

Tang Xu was once the greatest player in the LPL, with more accolades than he could count. But after a transfer that violated his contract, he became the most infamous traitor in the LPL.

He spent three years drifting through overseas leagues, then returned to China to wait out his retirement. Everything was going to end quietly, just as he had expected.

The one thing Tang Xu hadn't expected was that in his very first game back on the Chinese server, he would run into his former teammate, former almost-boyfriend, and current "lifelong rival," Lu Jing.

Later on.

In an empty tournament venue, Tang Xu sat at a computer, long removed from the competitive scene. As he reached out to touch the display bearing the LPL logo, a long-dormant passion surged in his heart.

That was when Lu Jing came up beside him, the young man's eyes shining like stars in the darkness.

Lu Jing ran a finger across Tang Xu's face and asked with a smile,

"Captain, how are you going to repay the championship you owe me?"

"And what about the boyfriend you owe me?"

1. One-on-one, happy ending. Younger man pursues older man. Tang Xu is the one who gets pursued (repeated three times). Redemption themes. Has a plot. Tragic, beautiful jungler who gets pursued x young idol mid laner who does the pursuing. They'll win the world championship together.

2. Set in the world of League of Legends. No real-life inspirations. The one who gets pursued never betrayed his original team or did anything unprofessional.

[Important] To avoid comparisons to real-life people, the author will delete comments that mention real-life players.

- My League of Legends esports novel "Is This How You're Supposed to Act When You're Getting Carried?" is currently updating.

- Pre-release novel "Should I Give My Ex Another Chance? [Esports]":

Lin Yang had an online first love. They met in person and did just about everything, but the relationship still came to nothing.

Later, he became a mid-lane killing machine who had shut his heart off to love. He named his livestream "One pentakill means my ex stays single for a year," and quickly gained fans thanks to his handsome face, which was always cool and aloof, and his sharp mechanics.

After Lin Yang was invited to try out for a well-known team, everything went smoothly. He thought he was lucky, until he discovered

The team's new jungler was his ex, two-time S World Championship winner and the LPL's top jungler, Jiang Gu.

.

Lin Yang wanted to terminate his contract, but couldn't. The team management was worried about the relationship between their mid laner and jungler, and spent day and night thinking about how to mediate.

They had no idea that from the second night after Jiang Gu moved into the team house, he snuck into Lin Yang's room every night to hug and kiss him.

"Do you still resent me?" Jiang Gu asked.

"...I do." The answer was firm.

After a pause, Lin Yang added softly, "Come back tomorrow, and maybe I won't resent you anymore."

- One-on-one, happy ending, rekindled romance, sweet little story, not a certain type of person.
