I Flirt with Superstars Through My Dreams

Xia Yuyang met Tan Yu in a dream: a superstar with over a hundred million fans and a decade's worth of Best Actor awards.

At the time, he was a youthful, reserved boy in a blue-and-white school uniform, still full of boyish innocence. Quiet, sweet, and handsome, he would smile over the smallest favor and sincerely treat you as a friend.

Xia Yuyang was utterly charmed by the contrast, and, taking advantage of the fact that this wasn't the real world, deliberately teased him with cheesy pickup lines.

"Could you watch where you're going? You keep bumping right into my heart."

"You're perfect, except for one flaw: you're missing me."

"Could you help me wash something? How about washing me with love?"

Every time, the young Tan Yu would lower his head, his body stiff. Xia Yuyang thought he was shy, and stood by grinning like a lecher.

Until later, when the Best Actor came looking for him. Leaning against the cool wall, Xia Yuyang watched him slowly approach and heard him say in a low, husky voice, "Could you watch where you're going? You keep bumping right into my heart."

Xia Yuyang: "???"

Tan Yu had been secretly in love with Xia Yuyang for over ten years. He kept his feelings restrained and hidden, never daring to get close, because he was a monster and Xia Yuyang was allergic to fluffy things.

Tan Yu, with his nine extra-fluffy tails: "..."

For a while, he thought he'd spend his whole life alone with his tails.

Until one day, he fell from a stunt wire and injured his head. Suddenly, he discovered that he could enter Xia Yuyang's dreams.

And here... there! are! no! allergies!

▼ The cheesy pickup lines were all found through Baidu searches.

▼ A sweet little story as I get back into writing. I'll try to update daily; if anything comes up, I'll post a notice.
